How to watermark your photos

Add your name or logo to photos before sharing them, with the right size, position and opacity.

Text or logo

Type your name or website, or add a logo image — a transparent PNG works best. You can use both together.

Keep it visible but not distracting

An opacity of 40–70% and a size of about 4–6% of the image is a good starting point. Choose a font and colour that suit the photo; the tool adds a subtle outline so it stays readable.

Choose the position

A corner is least distracting. The centre is harder to crop out if you’re protecting your work from reuse.

Watermark several photos at once

Add all your photos to the workspace and use “Export all as ZIP” to apply the same watermark to each.
