picture.tools is a non-AI, browser-local image toolbox built by Whitle. It focuses on precise tasks without accounts, remote image processing or a giant editor interface.
Local by design
Supported JPEG, PNG and static WebP files are decoded, edited and encoded with browser APIs on your device. The hosting server delivers the application files; the image tools do not upload your pictures to an image-processing backend.
Truthful boundaries
Browser codecs vary. Animated and unsupported formats are rejected, safety limits protect the tab, output signatures and dimensions are checked, and byte targets remain failed when they cannot be met.
Temporary name, central configuration
The current product name is temporary and no matching domain is claimed. Display naming, metadata, support and future origin configuration live in one typed brand source.
